Ireland
Plans are under way for a 1000 mile round trip of the island of Ireland looping from Belfast and back to Belfast in an anti-clockwise directions. Routes to be added later.
Provisional Dates: Ferry from Liverpool to Belfast on Thursday 18th July, then 9 days riding, starting on 19th July from Belfast, finish 27th July in Belfast. Followed by 2 days there and a ferry back to Liverpool on the morning of the 29th July.
Current riders: Dale, Bingo, Dave, Carl, Glen, Rylan, Linford, Cathal, and Mark, with Eric as the minibus driver.
Flanders
No definitive plans have been made to ride a Belgium Classic Sportive (or to follow a classics route on another w/e) in the Spring of ’24. Anyone up for it should contact D and/or K with this or any other ideas for rides.
South America
Plans are afoot for another long-distance cycle tour. From Ushuaia (the capital of Tierra del Fuego) in Argentina to Austin, Texas, USA. The distance is again about 10,000 miles. Start date is planned for January 2025.
